You can have offers all over the board, really depending on the type of site that you have, depending on the location, depending on who’s buying it, depending on the lease terms, like the right of first refusal. And while it looks like there’s probably about 20 of these lease buyout companies out there, various tower buyers, hedge funds, tower companies, there’s only a small, like a handful of actual money sources where the funds are coming from. So you might think you’re having a competitive bid, and it’s the same company bidding against each other, and you really have no way of knowing if you’re the property owner.
